Ellington Properties, 2014 yılında kurulan Dubai merkezli bir konut geliştiricisidir. Şirket kendisini yüksek hacimli bir inşaatçıdan ziyade tasarım odaklı butik bir stüdyo olarak konumlandırmakta ve portföyü bu misyonu yansıtmaktadır: kasıtlı mimari detaylandırma ve özenle seçilmiş iç mekan özellikleriyle, istikrarlı bir orta katlı konut binası üretimi.
Şirketin ilk alt markası olan Belgravia, Jumeirah Village Circle'da tarzı belirlemiş ve birkaç iterasyonda devam etmiştir. Business Bay'deki The Quayside, tasarım dilini daha yüksek yoğunluklu bir sahil kulesine taşımıştır.
