Ellington Properties is the Dubai-based residential developer founded in 2014. The company positions itself as a boutique design-first studio rather than a volume builder, and its portfolio reflects that brief: a steady output of mid-rise residential buildings with deliberate architectural detailing and curated interior specifications.
Belgravia, the company's first sub-brand, established the look in Jumeirah Village Circle and has continued through several iterations. The Quayside at Business Bay extended the design language into a higher-density waterfront tower. Ocean House on Palm Jumeirah and The Sanctuary at Dubai Hills mark the brand's move into more prominent addresses.
