Recent comparables
We pull comparable sales from the last 90 to 180 days inside your specific building or community, filtered for unit type, size, view and floor.
Current velocity
We weight the comparables against how quickly each sold. A fast-selling comparable is a stronger signal than a slow one at the same price.
Your residence
Finish, upgrades, layout and view can move the number materially. A JRE advisor will visit, or review photos and documents you send, before the final valuation is issued.
