JRE is a family-owned real-estate firm in its fourth decade. We represent private clients on acquisitions, resales and long-term property management across the United Arab Emirates, with Dubai at the heart of the practice.
Our clientele is discreet by nature: senior executives, founders, athletes, entertainers, and families who want a single, trusted advisor for the whole property lifecycle. We are not an influencer-led brokerage. In character, we sit closer to Sotheby's than to the Dubai-Instagram set.
JRE is among the most-followed real-estate brands on social media, led by our work on Instagram and YouTube. That reach is a by-product of the work, not its purpose. Most of the transactions we complete, and most of the clients we complete them for, never appear on a public feed.

A sale is the beginning of the relationship, not the end. JRE stays with clients from the first viewing through handover, furnishing, tenancy and eventual resale. Most of our clients never deal with another firm once they come through ours.

Off-plan and resale, from initial brief to signed SPA. Direct access to developer launches, private resale inventory, and a shortlist curated to the client, not the listing.
Handover and snagging
We attend handover on behalf of clients, document defects, and see each point through to rectification with the developer before move-in.
Furnishing and landscaping
Interior projects and gardens delivered end-to-end. Partner studios across the UAE; procurement handled on the client's behalf.
Property management
Ongoing maintenance, a dedicated housekeeping team, and a single point of contact for every trade. Residents treat JRE as their first call.
Tenancy and short-let
Full tenancy management for investor clients, long or short stay. Our own check-in and check-out systems and an in-house application for Airbnb inventory.
Concierge
Airport transfers, household services, travel and lifestyle requests for residents. Quiet, discreet, on demand.
Resale
When it's time to exit, JRE handles valuation, staging, confidential listing and the onward transaction with the same discretion as the original acquisition.
