District 11 sits in the southern arc of MBR City, and its distances tell a coherent story about where it sits in the urban structure. Downtown Dubai is approximately 17.9 kilometres away, or around 18 minutes by car. Dubai International Airport is 24.5 kilometres out, roughly a 20-minute drive. Jumeirah Beach, for reference, is 24 kilometres distant.

Closer in, Avenue Mall at Nad Al Shiba is 8.8 kilometres away, and The Indian International School is 7 kilometres from the site, about nine minutes by car. The area is not inner-city, but it is genuinely connected, and the infrastructure around Meydan and MBR City has matured considerably over the past several years.
