# The building and its position on the Palm

Nine storeys on Palm Jumeirah is deliberate restraint. Where much of the island's newer stock reaches upward, Ocean House stays low, which in practice means every residence commands unobstructed views across the Arabian Gulf rather than competing with a tower above.

The architecture draws on travertine tones, natural timber and an emphasis on how daylight moves through the building over the course of a day. Three residences in a single building is an unusual product in any market. In Dubai, where high-rise towers with hundreds of units set the default, it is genuinely uncommon. The floor areas, the private-club amenity model and the pricing band between AED 22.58 million and AED 56.27 million point to buyers who are not acquiring a pied-à-terre or an investment unit for yield optimisation.

The profile is a principal residence buyer, most likely a family or couple relocating from London, Geneva or Singapore, who wants Palm Jumeirah's location and beach access but not a building where they share an elevator with dozens of neighbours.
