About Arada
Sharjah-based developer behind the Aljada and Masaar masterplans.
Arada is the Sharjah-based developer founded in 2017 as a joint venture between KBW Investments and Basma Group. The company is one of the most active private developers in the Northern Emirates and its work has materially expanded the freehold residential offer outside of Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Aljada is the company's flagship masterplan in Sharjah. The community spans residential, retail and a Zaha Hadid Architects-designed central hub. Masaar, also in Sharjah, takes a different brief: a forested low-rise residential community across more than 19,000 trees, structured around walking and cycling rather than car access.
The Anantara Sharjah Residences project marks the company's first move into the branded-residences segment. For buyers in the Northern Emirates, Arada has effectively defined the contemporary freehold benchmark, and resale activity inside its communities is among the most liquid in Sharjah's market.
