Masaar Saro is a collection of furnished villas and townhouses developed by Arada within the Masaar master community in Tilal, Sharjah, with completion scheduled for June 2026.

# The seventh phase of a forested master community

Masaar has grown steadily into one of the more coherent large-scale residential projects in the northern Emirates, built around a central green spine planted with over 50,000 trees. Saro is the seventh and among the final phases to launch, meaning the broader community is already substantially formed rather than a promise on a masterplan.

Nasma Central Park sits 2.2 km away. Tilal Mall is 4.1 km, Victoria International Schools of Sharjah 4.4 km. Sharjah International Airport is approximately 17 km by road, and Dubai is around 41 km, roughly 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic on the Emirates Road corridor.

The Tilal area has attracted sustained developer attention over the past several years partly because of its road access and partly because land costs remain lower than equivalent plots inside Dubai, which feeds directly into the pricing of finished product.
