Closed kitchens are equipped with an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The bathroom specification draws from the Armani/Casa Island Collection across all units.

The resident amenity programme is contained within the building rather than distributed across a wider community. It includes a large-scale infinity pool, a separate children's pool, and an indoor swimming pool, alongside a lushly landscaped deck area and private beach. For recovery and wellness, there is a sauna and ice-bath facility, as well as a gym. Communal social spaces extend to a cigar lounge, a movie theatre, and a children's playroom.

The service charge is set at AED 35 per sq ft annually.
