That context makes Soulever one of the more unconventional luxury addresses in the Dubai market, targeting buyers who want a waterfront position without the density of Dubai Marina or the distance of Palm Jebel Ali.

The scale is deliberately restrained. Eighty-two residences spread across two towers is a low unit count for a project of this height, which has a direct bearing on the communal amenities-to-resident ratio.
