Visa & Immigration

Every shareholder, employee and family member needs a clean immigration file. We process employment and partner visas, dependant sponsorship and renewals with the timelines managed so nobody's status lapses.

The UAE residence process runs entry permit, status change, medical, Emirates ID and stamping, and each stage has its own documentation and sequencing. We manage the full chain for investors, employees and their families, including domestic-worker sponsorship.

We also monitor expiries across your whole headcount and start renewals early, so licences, visas and Emirates IDs never fall out of sync with each other.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a UAE residence visa take?

Two to three weeks end to end in the typical case: entry permit, status change, medical, Emirates ID biometrics and stamping. Express processing can compress parts of the chain when timing matters.

Can I sponsor my family on a UAE residence visa?

Yes. With a qualifying salary (generally AED 4,000+ or AED 3,000 with accommodation) you can sponsor a spouse and children, and higher thresholds apply for sponsoring parents. We process dependant files alongside the principal visa so the family lands together.

What happens to my visa if I change or close my company?

Visas tied to a licence must be cancelled or transferred when the company changes status. Done in the right order there is no gap in residency; done wrong it strands Emirates IDs and bank accounts, which is why we sequence cancellations carefully.
