Payroll & WPS
UAE payroll must run through the Wage Protection System, and gratuity, leave and overtime each have statutory formulas. We process payroll monthly so your people are paid correctly, on time, and provably so.
We calculate salaries, allowances, overtime and deductions under UAE labour law, generate the SIF file and process payment through WPS, then issue payslips and maintain the leave and end-of-service accruals your balance sheet needs.
Confidentiality comes built in: sensitive compensation data stays outside your general admin team, and end-of-service settlements are computed to the dirham when someone leaves.

Frequently asked questions
What is WPS in the UAE?
The Wage Protection System: salaries for most UAE-registered companies must be paid through approved channels generating a salary information file, so the government can verify staff are paid on time. Non-compliance blocks new work permits and draws fines.
How is UAE gratuity calculated?
End-of-service gratuity accrues at 21 days' basic salary per year for the first five years and 30 days per year after, based on the final basic salary. We compute and accrue it monthly so departures never produce surprise liabilities.
