What happens if my trade licence expires?
Fines accrue monthly, visa processing freezes, and banks may restrict the account. Renewal requires a valid lease or Ejari and cleared fines. We track expiries across licence, establishment card and visas so nothing lapses.
How do I add an activity or change shareholders on my licence?
Through an amendment: board resolutions, a notarised MoA change and authority approval. Most amendments complete within one to two weeks, and we draft and file the entire chain including any external approvals the new activity needs.
