Accounting & Audit
Audit & Assurance
Audited financials are mandatory for many free zone renewals, qualifying free zone tax status and serious banking relationships. We deliver audits that pass authority scrutiny without consuming your team's quarter.
Statutory audits run through licensed audit partners to ISA standards, with fieldwork planned around your calendar and requirements lists that don't repeat themselves. Deliverables land in the format your free zone, bank or the FTA expects.
Beyond the statutory file we provide internal audit as a service, testing the controls that matter by risk, and special-purpose engagements: agreed-upon procedures, due-diligence reviews and liquidation audits.
What we handle
- Statutory external audits to ISA standards
- Free zone audit submissions (DMCC, JAFZA, DIFC and others)
- Internal audit as a service
- Agreed-upon procedures and special-purpose reports
- Financial due diligence
- Liquidation and closing audits
Frequently asked questions
Which UAE companies need an audit?
Mainland companies must maintain audited financials, many free zones (DMCC, JAFZA, DIFC among them) require them at licence renewal, and qualifying free zone tax status depends on them. Banks and serious counterparties ask regardless.
How long does an external audit take?
For a typical SME, two to four weeks from clean records to signed report. Messy ledgers extend that, which is why we often pair a cleanup with the first-year audit.
