UAE Golden Visa
The Golden Visa gives 10 years of residence with no sponsor, full family inclusion and no minimum stay. As a property firm, we run the real-estate route daily, and we process the investor, entrepreneur and professional categories alongside it.
Property investors qualify from AED 2 million of owned real estate, including off-plan and mortgaged property under current rules. Skilled professionals qualify on salary and qualification criteria; entrepreneurs and company owners have dedicated tracks. Eligibility is rules-based but evidence-heavy, and most rejections come down to file preparation.
