What does a JAFZA company cost?
Office-based trading or service setups start around AED 15,500 to AED 25,000 for the first year. Warehouse and industrial setups depend on facility size and start meaningfully higher. We scope the facility first because it drives most of the cost.
Why choose JAFZA over other Dubai free zones?
Port adjacency. Goods move from vessel to your JAFZA warehouse without leaving the customs zone, which cuts time and duty leakage for re-export businesses. For pure services companies without physical goods, a cheaper zone is usually the better fit and we will say so.
Can JAFZA companies sell into the UAE mainland?
Yes, through a customs declaration and duty payment at the point goods leave the zone, or via a mainland distributor. Many JAFZA clients run exactly this hybrid: re-export duty-free, clear customs only on the portion sold onshore.
