Searenity is a fully furnished, six-bedroom waterfront villa developed by AHS Properties on the K70 frond of Palm Jumeirah, completed in Q2 2024 and now fully handed over.

# The villa and its position on the Palm

Palm Jumeirah's fronds sit away from the trunk's commercial activity, and K70 places Searenity toward the quieter, more residential stretch of the island where the immediate waterline is private and the sightlines north toward Atlantis are unobstructed.
