Downtown Dubai is approximately 11.8 km out. Jumeirah Beach is around 13 km, and Dubai International Airport 17.4 km. These are not walking distances, and the area remains car-dependent in daily practice. Residents travelling frequently will find the airport accessible in reasonable time outside peak traffic hours.
Meydan Dubai Mall is listed at 13.8 km. The North London Collegiate School proximity is arguably more useful to the typical buyer profile here.
