Marina Beach and AquaFun Dubai Water Park are both within 750 metres. Blossom Marina Nursery is 600 metres away, reinforcing the building's suitability for families with young children. Trident Grand Mall sits 1.3 kilometres from the address.

Downtown Dubai is approximately 25 kilometres by road. Al Maktoum International Airport, the planned home of Emirates' future expanded operations, is 35.5 kilometres away, a distance that will matter increasingly to buyers thinking over a five-to-ten year horizon as the airport's capacity grows.

The Marina Metro station connects residents to the Red Line, linking directly to Dubai Mall, the Financial Centre and, via interchange, much of the broader network.

Residences Du Port is a narrow product aimed at a narrow buyer.
