Dubai Marina remains one of the city's most consistently traded residential addresses, a man-made waterfront district built around a kilometre-long canal with a skyline dense enough to feel genuinely urban. Franck Muller Vanguard sits within this grid, a single tower rather than a phased community, which keeps the project tightly defined.

The collaboration between London Gate and Franck Muller is less a licensing exercise than a considered design brief. The watchmaker's identity, shaped by unconventional dial geometry and a rejection of classical symmetry, appears to have informed the architectural language of the building itself. The result is a tower with a visual character distinct from the more formulaic residential stock that lines parts of the Marina.
