Trump International Resort, developed by Dar Global in the Muscat Governorate of Oman, is a furnished residential resort comprising 36 residences across two buildings, priced from AED 3.49 million and scheduled for completion in December 2028.
# The two buildings and their position above the Omani coastline
Set approximately 130 metres above sea level on the cliffs of Yiti, a coastal area southeast of Muscat, the resort occupies a site where the Hajar Mountains meet the Gulf of Oman. The elevation is not incidental. It defines every sightline the project has to offer, from the terraced facades to the amenity decks, all oriented toward open water.
The development is relatively contained at 36 residences across two buildings, a scale that keeps it closer to a private members' retreat than a large-scale residential tower. Dar Global, the international arm of Saudi developer Dar Al Arkan, has built the Trump brand partnership into a sequence of properties across the Middle East and Europe. The Yiti project sits within the broader Yiti master development, which is positioning the coastline as a destination for high-end resort-residential living, while the area itself retains a degree of remoteness that the more developed stretches of the Omani coast have long since lost.

The scheme covers one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, ranging from approximately 791 sq ft to 2,183 sq ft. One-bedroom units are priced from around AED 2.82 million. Two-bedroom residences at approximately 1,585 sq ft are priced from AED 7.71 million. All residences are delivered fully furnished, finished and equipped to a European specification. That means kitchens are fitted and appliances are included, down to white goods, making the units ready for both owner occupation and short-term hospitality use from day one.
Among the more distinct product types are the Trump Hotels Hanging Suites, cliff-positioned units with private pools that draw directly on the elevation of the site. These read less as conventional apartments and more as a hotel suite product embedded within a residential ownership structure.
