The architectural language draws on natural motifs and a palette calibrated to the island's sandy, maritime surroundings. Entrances feature Balinese-inspired doors with detailed carved work, an unusual choice for the Gulf that signals the project's broader cultural reference points. The communal spaces include a grand lobby styled as an art hall, a residents' majlis with an Arabian inspiration, and a dedicated art studio.
