OXO The Pavilions is a collection of furnished villas developed by OXO within the Nuanu creative city in the Nyanyi area of Bali, designed in collaboration with architect Chris Precht of Precht Studios. The project comprises three residences across a single building, currently under construction and available for purchase, priced from AED 2.75 million.

# The building and its position within Nuanu

Nuanu is conceived as an integrated community where natural landscape takes precedence over built form. The setting is Nyanyi, a coastal stretch of western Bali that sits between the cultural gravity of Canggu and the temple grounds of Tanah Lot. Within this framework, OXO The Pavilions occupies a position designed to feel embedded in the terrain rather than imposed on it.

The architectural approach, led by Chris Precht, treats each villa as a distinct object. No two share the same floor plan, orientation or landscape treatment. Interiors draw on materials native to the region: terracotta flooring, textured paint applied over brick, bamboo and rattan lattice ceilings, wood plank finishes.
