Beyond those four facilities, the surrounding Rashid Yachts & Marina development provides the broader lifestyle layer: restaurants, shops, and direct marina access.

Mina Rashid sits south-east of Deira and north of Bur Dubai, placing it within reasonable distance of Dubai International Airport and the older commercial districts of the city. At 8.5 per cent construction progress against a July 2028 handover, the timeline is long.
