Journeys to the broader city are longer. Downtown Dubai is 22.7 km by road; Dubai International Airport and Sufouh Beach each sit at roughly 26 km. Those distances place Laguna Residence firmly in the suburban belt, and daily commuters heading to the financial centre or the beach should account for peak-hour travel times on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. City of Arabia's planned monorail connection to the wider metro network has been discussed for several years but carries no confirmed delivery date at present.

Laguna Residence fits two distinct buyer types.
