The range runs from one-bedroom apartments starting at approximately 731 sq ft through to four-bedroom residences reaching nearly 3,358 sq ft. That breadth is genuine rather than nominal. The one-bedroom tier spans from around 731 sq ft to just over 937 sq ft, accommodating several distinct configurations. Two-bedroom apartments cover significant ground too, from around 1,282 sq ft at the compact end to larger units approaching 2,505 sq ft, a range that reflects genuine differences in layout, floor level and likely outlook.

Three-bedroom apartments run from roughly 1,821 sq ft to 2,641 sq ft. Four-bedroom residences begin above 2,383 sq ft.

All residences are delivered semi-furnished. The kitchens are fitted with Mielle appliances. Floor-to-ceiling glazing features throughout, and interiors are finished in contemporary materials chosen to read as a neutral canvas. Service charges are set at AED 20 per sq ft per year.

Pricing opens at AED 2,242,020 for one-bedroom units at the lower end of the bracket, rising to AED 5,824,476 for four-bedroom residences. The mid-range two-bedroom product, around 1,420 sq ft, is priced broadly between AED 3.1 million and AED 3.5 million depending on position in the building.

The amenity programme is small and focused. A spa and wellness facility anchors the offering, positioned alongside a fitness and recreation zone that includes space for varied training formats.
