Forest City is a furnished residential building by HZ Development, located in Majan, one of Dubailand's emerging mid-market districts. The provision covers the practical spectrum: leisure, exercise, outdoor gathering, and space for children. There is no spa, no retail, no co-working facility listed.

Majan Public Park sits 1.4 km from the building. Kids Spot Nursery at Al Barari is 1.9 km away, relevant for families with young children.

Downtown Dubai is approximately 20.4 km by road. Dubai International Airport is 24.1 km out. The nearest public beach is 22.6 km. Midtown Central Majan, a mixed-use hub within the district, is 2.3 km away.

These distances are honest indicators of where Majan sits in Dubai's geography: inland, accessible but not central, and dependent on private transport for most daily needs.

The pricing positions Forest City squarely in Dubai's off-plan investment tier.
