The nearest beach, listed as Ocean Beach, is about 22 minutes' drive at 12.3 kilometres.

More practical for daily life: Green Escape Park is 2.2 kilometres away, a four-minute drive. Dubai Schools Al Barsha is reachable in 12 minutes, which matters to families considering the building for primary residence rather than investment. The Promenade by Vincitore, a retail and F&B strip, is a four-minute drive at 1.5 kilometres.

Elevate is fully constructed, furnished and sold through on the primary market. The relevant conversation now is secondary market or rental. For a buy-to-let investor entering via resale, the building's completed and furnished status removes execution risk entirely. For a family or professional relocating to Dubai, Arjan offers lower per-square-foot pricing than Palm Jumeirah or Downtown while keeping major corridors accessible.
