Vanity units use laminate HPL doors and countertops. Kitchen appliances are Bosch, covering oven and gas hob. Built-in wardrobes in laminated MDF are included across all units. It is a practical, durable specification rather than a bespoke one, though the Bosch appliance package and named tile finishes give buyers a clearer picture than most off-plan projects provide at this stage.
