Closer in, Satwa Market is just over a kilometre away, and Al Maktoum Primary School is within a kilometre. The proximity to Jumeirah Garden City at 300 metres is relevant for buyers thinking about the medium-term: as that masterplan matures, the retail and public-realm improvements it brings will change the immediate streetscape around Chelsea Gardens considerably.

Chelsea Gardens is not a project that will appeal to buyers seeking scale, resort-style facilities or a branded-residence flag. It is a small building in a transitional neighbourhood, priced at a level that reflects both the location's current character and its likely trajectory.
