Binghatti Gateway is a completed residential tower by Binghatti Developers, addressed in Al Jaddaf on the eastern bank of Dubai Creek, and delivered in December 2020. The building offers one and two-bedroom apartments across a single tower, with interiors drawing formally on the Mashrabiya screens of the Bastakiya district.

Al Jaddaf sits at a structural hinge in Dubai's geography, positioned between the Creek and the emerging cultural corridor that connects Oud Metha to the newer districts pushing south and east. Downtown Dubai and The Dubai Mall both sit approximately 6.2 kilometres from the building. Dubai International Airport is around 8.1 kilometres. Al Jadaf Walk, the waterfront promenade, is at a similar distance. Dubai's beaches are roughly 10.7 kilometres out, manageable by car without crossing the Creek. The Swiss International Scientific School is 8.3 kilometres away, relevant for families with school-age children considering the area.
