Dubai Islands is a five-island coastal development north of Deira, connected to the mainland by road infrastructure that links residents to the broader city without the isolation that often comes with waterfront projects. Kitchens are fitted as standard. Finishes are described as modern with high-quality materials, though the developer has not published a detailed specification schedule. Service charges are set at AED 18 per square foot per year.

The amenity provision covers a rooftop infinity pool alongside a separate kids' splash pool, a gym, a relaxing garden, and a kids' play area. For residents working remotely or maintaining business commitments, there is a co-working space within the building.
The communal programme also includes a sports cinema room and a games room, two amenities that appear increasingly in smaller boutique buildings as developers attempt to replicate the social infrastructure of larger developments at a more intimate scale.

Dubai Islands Beach sits 4.5 kilometres from the project. Dubai International Airport is 9.4 kilometres away, a distance that makes Allegro a practical choice for frequent travellers, particularly those arriving from Europe, the GCC or South and Southeast Asia.
One Deira Mall is approximately 6.2 kilometres distant, and Naif Park roughly 6.3 kilometres. Downtown Dubai lies 21 kilometres to the south, placing it within a 25-to-30-minute drive under reasonable traffic conditions.
