Chic Tower is a residential high-rise developed by DAMAC in Business Bay, branded in collaboration with Swiss jeweller de Grisogono and scheduled for completion in April 2026. The single tower is currently 59 per cent complete, with 13 remaining residences available, ranging from studios to a four-bedroom penthouse.
