Senior Property Advisor

Dubai · Hybrid

Full-service advisor running acquisitions, tenancy and resale for a private client list. The desk you'd run with us is the relationship, not the transaction.

  • Lead a book of HNW clients across off-plan and secondary inventory
  • Inbound qualified leads from JRE's content engine, no cold prospecting
  • Stay with each client through handover, furnishing and tenancy, not just to SPA
  • Hybrid: Emirates Towers HQ plus remote, with developer site visits
Profile

Five-plus years in Dubai luxury real estate, RERA-registered, established developer relationships. Fluency in a second language is a plus, particularly Russian, Mandarin or French.

Off-plan Specialist

Dubai · Hybrid

Focused on new developer launches. Owns the launch-day playbook, the developer relationship, and the off-plan-curious client journey.

  • Lead launch coverage for Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha, Binghatti, Omniyat and others
  • First-look access to developer inventory before public launch
  • Convert inbound interest from JRE's launch coverage into reservations
  • Hybrid: Emirates Towers HQ plus frequent on-site at developer launches
Profile

Three-plus years in Dubai off-plan with a measurable track record at one or more of the major developers. RERA-registered.

Client Concierge

Dubai · Hybrid

Post-handover relationship lead. Snagging, furnishing, tenancy and the small lifestyle requests that keep JRE clients calling us first.

  • Own the post-sale phase: handover, snagging, furnishing partners, tenancy
  • Single point of contact for residents across the JRE portfolio
  • Work closely with the advisory desk so concierge gracefully hands back into resale
  • Hybrid: Emirates Towers HQ plus frequent on-site at client residences
Profile

Hospitality or private-client services background. Detail-obsessed, calm under pressure, comfortable coordinating trades and vendors. Real-estate experience is welcome but not required.
