# The tower and its position in Meydan

The building's defining architectural feature is its zigzag façade, produced by a triangular footprint that rotates the floor plates and generates corner exposures across multiple elevations. This is not decorative geometry for its own sake. The form is structured to maximise natural light penetration and to produce dual-aspect views from select homes, with Downtown Dubai's skyline oriented to one side and the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary to the other.

Meydan sits within Mohammed Bin Rashid City, a masterplanned district that has matured considerably since its racing and polo heritage first drew attention to the address. Sobha has developed a substantial land holding in the surrounding Hartland II community, which lends Skyvue Altier the infrastructure and landscaping of a larger master community rather than the more isolated exposure of a standalone plot.

Road connectivity into the broader city runs via Al Meydan Road and Ras Al Khor Road. The area lacks metro access at present, which is a practical consideration for buyers whose household relies on public transport.
