For European and British buyers attracted by Abu Dhabi's relative calm and its absence of income tax, the ticket size is competitive against comparable waterfront product in Lisbon, the Côte d'Azur or the Thames-adjacent London market. The semi-furnished specification and fitted kitchen also reduce the capital outlay required before occupation.
