That restraint is worth reading as a deliberate design choice: density is kept low, and the amenity programme is proportioned around a smaller resident community rather than a sprawling masterplan. The Mediterranean aesthetic, expressed through materials, palette and the emphasis on outdoor living, shapes the architecture's character without overwhelming it with pastiche.

The unit mix runs from one-bedroom apartments to three-bedroom residences. One-bedroom layouts start at around 916 sq ft and reach just over 1,062 sq ft, pricing from AED 2.75 million. The island's ongoing build-out means infrastructure continues to mature. For buyers who prioritise an established, self-contained urban environment, that trajectory is generally favourable: amenities accrete over time rather than being speculative promises.
