One-bedroom apartments begin at roughly 584 square feet and stretch to just over 1,326 square feet, with pricing from approximately AED 1.41 million to AED 2.42 million depending on configuration and floor. Two-bedroom homes run from 1,084 to 1,386 square feet, priced between AED 2.53 million and AED 2.71 million.

The upper tier of the building changes character entirely. Three-bedroom residences reach 3,742 square feet, with the largest units priced at AED 12.37 million and above. These are not simply larger apartments: at that scale, the layouts read closer to private houses arranged vertically, with significant terrace areas implied by the overall footprint.

Kitchens are fitted as standard. All other spaces are delivered unfurnished, allowing buyers to appoint interiors to their own specification. The service charge is set at AED 15 per square foot annually.

Dubai International Airport is approximately 75 kilometres from Mina Al Arab via the E311 and E11, placing the project within practical commuting range of Dubai for buyers who prioritise space and quieter surroundings over proximity to the city core. The opening of Wynn Al Marjan Island, the UAE's first licensed casino resort, planned nearby, has already sharpened international investor attention on Ras Al Khaimah as a destination in its own right.
