Jurf Beach lies 240 metres from the development.
The three-building format keeps the project at a restrained scale, 160 units in total, which is notable in a market where beachfront towers frequently exceed that count within a single structure. Architecture draws on the Jacob & Co. design partnership, though specific façade materials and structural heights are not disclosed in available documentation.
