# Three buildings on a coastal border

Ghadeer Al Tayr sits within the Al Jurf corridor, a low-density coastal zone positioned along the Emirates coast where Abu Dhabi's territorial boundary meets Dubai. The area is characterised by relatively modest built density, natural reserves, and a shoreline that has so far attracted a limited number of residential schemes. Jurf Beach lies 240 metres from the development.

The three-building format keeps the project at a restrained scale, 160 units in total, which is notable in a market where beachfront towers frequently exceed that count within a single structure. Architecture draws on the Jacob & Co. design partnership, though specific façade materials and structural heights are not disclosed in available documentation.

# Residences from studios to six-bedroom homes

The range is broad. Studios start from approximately 549 sq ft and are priced from AED 1.72 million. Al Maktoum International Airport is approximately 52 kilometres distant, which places the development further from central Dubai than most buyers accustomed to DIFC or Downtown benchmarks will expect.
