For international buyers comparing Dubai against other regional second-home markets, the pricing reflects strong value per square foot against comparable new-build product in Dubai Marina or Downtown, particularly at the two- and three-bedroom tier. The Expo City master plan's emphasis on greenery and pedestrian infrastructure also addresses a concern common among European and UK buyers: whether Dubai's outdoor environment is liveable at the neighbourhood scale.
