Maritime City's position means Downtown Dubai is 12.8 km away, a journey that typically takes 20 to 25 minutes outside peak hours. Dubai International Airport sits at 13 km. North Beach on Pearl Jumeirah is 6.1 km. Wasl Community Park, a practical green space for residents with children, is 4.4 km, as is Little Diamond Nursery in Al Raffa.
The district is not yet a fully formed neighbourhood. Retail and dining infrastructure remain limited relative to more established corridors. Al Rais Shopping Centre at 5.3 km is the closest shopping point of any scale. That will shift as the area fills out, but buyers should factor in a period of relative isolation from daily-life conveniences.
