A breakfast bar serves casual dining without requiring a separate room. Bathrooms carry large-format floor tiles, stainless steel fittings, porcelain washbasins, and glass shower enclosures.

Each villa includes a rooftop terrace. In a district where outdoor space is a genuine asset rather than a token addition, the roof level offers a private amenity that most apartment products in Dubai cannot match.
