Mercedes-Benz Places by Binghatti is a single residential tower in Downtown Dubai, developed by Binghatti in collaboration with the Mercedes-Benz brand, and currently under construction with delivery targeted for the fourth quarter of 2026. The tower occupies one of Dubai's most recognised addresses, sitting within walking distance of Burj Khalifa and the broader Downtown corridor. Its architecture draws directly from the Mercedes-Benz design language, with the three-pointed star motif worked into the facade at a scale that registers on the skyline. The building contains 56 residences across a single structure, giving it an exclusivity of ownership that larger towers in the district cannot offer. At roughly 48 per cent complete at the time of writing, progress is well advanced for a project at this stage of the cycle. Residences are offered across two, three, and four-bedroom configurations, ranging from approximately 1,836 square feet to just over 4,000 square feet. Pricing runs from AED 10.3 million to AED 36.3 million, with four-bedroom units occupying the upper end of that bracket. Units are delivered semi-furnished, and private pools are available within the specification, which is notable for a tower rather than a villa product. Amenity provision includes a sky infinity pool, a podium pool, a spa, a gym, concierge service, and food and beverage facilities on site. The project will appeal to buyers who want branded-residence credentials and a genuinely low unit count in a district where proximity to the Burj Khalifa remains the most durable measure of address quality in Dubai.
