Golf Greens is a residential development by DAMAC Properties, comprising two towers within the established Damac Hills community in Dubai. The project offers one, two and three-bedroom apartments, with completion scheduled for Q1 2027.

Residents also have access to the lagoons and the Trump International Golf Course that form part of the wider Damac Hills community.

Jebel Ali School sits 0.9 km from the development, making Golf Greens a credible option for families with school-age children. Damac Mall is 1 km away, and Damac Hills Park is within 500 metres.

Connections to the wider city require a car. Downtown Dubai is approximately 25 km from the community, and Dubai International Airport lies around 40 km away. Palm West Beach is 18.6 km distant. This is an inward-looking community in the best sense: it functions well for those who organise their daily life around it, with the city accessible rather than adjacent.

Golf Greens occupies a mid-market to upper-mid bracket for Damac Hills, sitting below the villa and townhouse pricing in the same community but offering considerably more floor area per dirham than most comparable apartment projects closer to the city centre. A two-bedroom apartment at roughly 1,300 sq ft for AED 2.35 million represents a different value equation to equivalent-sized product in, say, Business Bay or Dubai Creek Harbour.

For international buyers, the appeal is largely structural: a mature community with an operational amenity base, a recognisable developer with a long track record in this specific master plan, a school within walking distance, and a golf course as the central organising feature of the neighbourhood. The three-bedroom residences, at nearly 4,000 to 5,000 sq ft, address a buyer who wants apartment living but at a scale more associated with a villa.
