David Ojapah

David Ojapah is a Senior Consultant in JRE's London office, joining the firm after twenty years in football agency and international player representation. His career has been built on relationships, negotiation and the ability to create opportunities at the highest levels of the game, bringing together players, clubs, agents and decision-makers to complete deals across multiple markets.

That work translates directly into private-client property advisory. Representing players taught him to operate quietly, to hold a position under pressure and to structure agreements in which several parties each need a different outcome. His international network and the commercial judgement behind two decades of cross-border negotiation now serve clients acquiring residential and investment property in Dubai and the wider UAE.

Ojapah works with sportspeople, their families and the professionals who advise them, a client group that values discretion as highly as return and often buys while managing a career conducted in public. Operating from London with JRE's Dubai practice behind him, he gives UK-based clients direct access to developer relationships, market intelligence and due-diligence support without requiring a presence in the region.
