# The tower and its position on the frond

Sitting directly opposite the Fairmont The Palm, Olaia occupies a site with sightlines across the Arabian Gulf in one direction and back towards the Dubai skyline in the other. The building draws on a design language that acknowledges the island's geometry without imitating it: the architecture is contemporary in form, and at 56 residences, the project maintains a density low enough to feel residential rather than institutional.

Palm Jumeirah itself remains one of the few places in Dubai where a property purchase confers genuine waterfront proximity and relative privacy at once.
