Marea is a low-rise residential development by Dar Global, positioned within a gated community on the Costa del Sol Occidental between Estepona and Sotogrande, with completion scheduled for December 2028.

# Four blocks, low density, Mediterranean form

The project comprises four low-rise buildings, each arranged over a basement, ground floor, and two upper levels. That restraint in height is deliberate.
