# Getting around from JVC

JSS International School sits 1.6 kilometres away, a five-minute drive. The Remram Community Park is about one kilometre out, reachable in four minutes. Both matter for families assessing the immediate neighbourhood.

Downtown Dubai is 19 kilometres and roughly 19 minutes by car on a clear run along Al Khail Road. Dubai International Airport sits 30 kilometres out, with a typical drive of 26 minutes. Sufouh Beach, on the coast near Dubai Marina, is 10 kilometres away, around 12 minutes in normal traffic.

JVC does not yet have a metro station, which means car dependency remains a real consideration for tenants without a vehicle. The forthcoming Route 2020 metro extension does not serve the community directly, and buyers renting to younger professionals should weigh that gap.

# What Stonehenge 1 represents for investors acquiring completed stock

The project is listed as out of stock, meaning primary market availability has closed. Any transaction now takes place on the secondary market, where pricing reflects actual comparable sales rather than launch-day projections. That is not a disadvantage: completed buildings in JVC with functioning service histories tend to attract tenants quickly, and the 6.8 per cent gross rental yields reported for the broader JVC district remain among the higher figures in Dubai's mid-market segment.
