Sobha Seahaven is a three-tower residential development by Sobha Group, positioned at the mouth of Dubai Harbour and due for completion in August 2026. The project comprises 88 residences across configurations that run from one-bedroom apartments to six-bedroom super-penthouses, with prices ranging from approximately AED 3.55 million to AED 158.6 million.

The International School of Choueifat, one of the established international school options on this side of the city, sits 4.2 kilometres away at a 12-minute drive. For families relocating from Europe or Asia, that proximity is a practical consideration rather than an incidental one.
