Cloud Tower is a completed, fully furnished residential development by Tiger Group, situated in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT) in Dubai's southern mid-city corridor. The project comprises two towers and delivered its first residents in February 2025.

Jumeirah Village Triangle is one of Dubai's more quietly functional addresses: a low-rise, villa-heavy community that has gradually absorbed mid-rise apartment buildings along its busier internal roads. Tiger Group, a long-established developer in the UAE residential market, delivered the project to a 100 per cent completion rate on schedule. JVT sits at the intersection of Al Khail Road and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, two of Dubai's principal arterials. That positioning translates directly into measured travel times: Dubai Marina and JBR are reachable in around 13 to 14 minutes, The Palm Jumeirah in approximately 15. Al Khail Avenue Mall is a nine-minute drive.
For families, Arcadia Secondary School is 2.7 km away, roughly a six-minute drive. Emirates International School in the Meadows is 5.1 km, an eleven-minute commute. Dubai International Airport sits 47.9 km out, approximately 35 minutes on the motorway, which is standard for a property this far west.
Dubai Sports City, 7.7 km south, adds another leisure and schooling cluster within easy reach.

Cloud Tower is not aimed at the trophy-asset buyer looking for a Downtown or DIFC address. Its appeal is different and more specific: the investor who wants a furnished, income-generating apartment in a well-connected mid-city district, or the relocating professional household that needs space, amenities and school proximity without paying Marina or Creek prices.
At AED 1.38 million entry and with the building already complete, the capital exposure is clear and the yield cycle starts immediately.
