Jouri Hills is a low-rise residential community by Arada, set within Jumeirah Golf Estates in the south-western reaches of Dubai. Comprising 294 homes across a landscaped neighbourhood of townhouses, villas and mansions, it is scheduled for handover in June 2025, with construction currently at just over 58 per cent completion.

Dubai International Airport is 42 kilometres distant, approximately 33 minutes by road, a duration that reflects the community's south-western position rather than any infrastructure shortcoming.

The profile that fits here is a buyer prioritising space and a low-density setting over proximity to the city centre. The townhouse-to-mansion range means the community works across family sizes, and the golf estate context attracts buyers who use the courses as well as those who simply prefer the wider plots and quieter streets that golf communities tend to produce.

Service charges are quoted at 4 to 6 AED per square foot, which is modest for a community of this specification and relevant for buyers running yield calculations alongside lifestyle considerations. The June 2025 completion date, with construction past the halfway mark, narrows the risk window for buyers entering at this stage.
